Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping:

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. Free shipping is available on domestic orders.. Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to arrive, although this may be much shorter depending on your location. International Shipping:

We do not currently offer free shipping on any international orders. Please allow 12-15 business days for your order to arrive. Some countries will not be eligible for international shipping. If you want to find out if we currently ship to your country, please contact us at [email protected].

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. cooloock is not able to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs or duty fees at this time.

Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Lost/Stolen/Undeliverable Packages:

cooloock is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit or if it is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please double check the shipping address on your order and contact your local courier to see if they can help track it down. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it will be sent back to us. Once we receive it, we will be able to process a refund for the item, but the shipping cost is non-refundable.
